These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vinayak Consultancy (GSTIN: 24ARBPV1406H2Z1), operating under the brand name Age Technolab. Our Terms and Conditions are applicable to users using any of the website development / design services provided by Age Technolab. By using or accessing services from us, one agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Acceptance of Terms

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, one represents that they are at least the age of majority and giving us their consent to not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. A breach of any of the Terms may result in an immediate termination of the Service or other legal action.

Under the general conditions one agrees to not redesign, duplicate, sell, resell, copy or exploit any part of the Service, access to the Service, or use of the Service without our written permission. On violation of general conditions, we reserve every right to turn down our service to them at any time.

Communication Conditions

Services from us may include certain communications such as new service announcements, offer and discount announcements, administrative newsletters and emails. You understand that these shall be considered part of using the Services.

Description of Services

We provide a range of online services including Web Design and Development, Online Marketing, Web and Mobile Application Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, and Project Management applications. You may use these services for your personal or business purpose. You may connect to these services by directly contacting us.

Modification to the Price and Services

Prices for our services are subject to change over time. We reserve every right to modify our services and pricing at any time. We shall not be liable to any third party for the modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.

Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible for any inaccurate or incomplete information made available on the web projects undertaken. The information on the project is provided by the business authority and is for general use. We do not update or modify the contents on the client’s website without prior permission from the respective client.

 

Fees and Payment

We offer various engagement plans (milestone-based, monthly, and yearly) for our paid Services. Your plan will be automatically renewed at the end of the agreed period unless you inform us that you do not wish to renew. Fees will be charged to the Credit Card or an invoice will be sent in advance for payment before the due date. Age Technolab reserves the right to modify the service fee and to charge for currently available complimentary services with prior notice.

Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to decline any order you place with Age Technolab. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel services purchased per client. These limits may include services purchased by the same customer account, the same credit card and the same billing address. In the case of making a change or canceling the services, we may attempt to notify you in advance by contacting you through e-mail or phone number.

User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions

If you send specific submissions as per our request (for example contest entries) or you send specific suggestions, creative ideas, proposals, or plans, whether online, by email, or through ‘comments’, you agree that Age Technolab may, at any point of time, without any restriction, edit, publish, translate or use any comments that you forward to us. Age Technolab shall be under no obligation (1) to provide compensation for any comments; (2) to maintain any comments in confidence; or (3) to respond to any comments.

We have no obligation to edit, monitor, or delete any comment or content that we find, in our sole discretion, to be useless, offensive, threatening, unlawful, libelous, pornographic, defamatory, or objectionable to any party or these Terms of Service.

You agree that you will not post or send comments that may violate any right of a third-party, including privacy, copyright, trademark, or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your posted comments and content will not contain any unlawful or offensive material, or any harmful computer virus or malware that could affect the operation of the Service or website.
